Hey I figure if Andy wants to do artwork while he's undressed, that's his business...... ;)

An update on my 156 purchase. In 1 months 4 days i have owned it we have managed 10 days driving together, the rest of the time its been looking good in the garage. So still no pictures as you've all seen a car on a ramp. :?

That'll learn me

GD - stick with the Polo. It may be dull (ish) but its worthy and its considerably more glamorous than your feet

Andy
British roads have history. Some were built by the Romans. British road investment being what it is, they have only been re-surfaced a few times since.

All the world's roads have potholes. We also have pothumps. This is where the local council drops a slightly too large dollop of tarmac into the hole and then lets passing traffic finish the job.

Oh dear. So much for Alfa reliability being an outdated stereotype  Serious issues?

Still can't stop looking at the 147s, but I can't start paying for them either, so it's a safe hobby at the moment  If only cars could be fun, reliable and cheap all at once - I can only find the Mazda MX-5 that fits the bill, and I'm not sure I could drive one in public

Not particularly - just tricky to get to. And new parts come from Alfa and thats about it.......

Just needs tweaking a little as i'm a fussy bugger.
