Anyone for Slot Cars?

Thanks for the info Tom - very unusual

I picked up another one

Team Slot - Audi Quattro A2 - 1984 Monte Carlo - W.Rohrl & C.Geistdorfer

British roads have history. Some were built by the Romans. British road investment being what it is, they have only been re-surfaced a few times since.

All the world's roads have potholes. We also have pothumps. This is where the local council drops a slightly too large dollop of tarmac into the hole and then lets passing traffic finish the job.

One of the best Jagers yet I reckon Andy. Roof design is great - not familiar with the drink but I assume the bottle caps have the same graphic?

Be a good idea - i'm looking for a barn at the moment though - need to store a car or 2.

Horses in the other one

i love the Aston Martin - it says "street version" yet it clearly has James Bond driving and the reg plate off the film!

They'll work fine on scalextric. Big offs are to be avoided though

This is a UK retailer that has them. I'm sure there are others in europe

The manufacturer is Spirit who are Spanish

Great hint at this scale Andy! I never knew slots were so detailed, haven't seen any since I was a kid!

I'd bet it's HUGE fun 'playing' with these but I'd better not go down that road now that I'm developing an Otto-Models habit

Maybe I'll check out youtube for some videos of these, my guess is there are many?

Cheers, BB
