Cheap(er) way to make Gardners BTCC winning Mustang

I wish this had been around before I forked out for an admittedly nice SMTS version of the BTCC winning Frank Gardner Mustang. These look pretty nice models to me for the money (postage is understandably high given they are coming from Oz) and would make an easy conversion to the BTCC car. The second model is just nice - no BTCC relevance.

Both models have been out for about 2 years. However the auction prices are around half what these originally sold for.
