The gold one.
a/. It's a fantasy colour.
b/. It's not a NEO

Actually, NEO did a gold one with black roof in 1:43 (A limited edition, I think exclusively for Modelcarworld). But the one in Your picture has "wavy" side windows and a different plinth, so is it the 1:18 from BoS?
@ kitefighter: The grey one is from Conquest Models, isn't it?

Absolutely right. The reason for the wavy windows on the larger model is that it's an inferior glazing. In fact, the Neo-Scale 1/43 is far more up scaled than the larger BoS in 1/18.
* The Neo has photo-etched window frames, side trim, the BoS has painted silver
*The Neo has a lower and more accurate stance, the BoS looks like the engine has been removed
* The Neo has extra details like a wing mirror, the BoS does not
*The Neo has perfectly aligned photo-etched badges, the BoS badges are transfers and are out of alignment. *The Neo is available in more colours, the BoS colour does not exist in real life
*The Neo has a fantastic paintjob, the BoS has been badly prepared, has flash and streaks.

5 out of 10 for the 1/18 scale Bos Rover P5b Coupe
10 out 10 for the 1/43 scale Neo Rover P5b Coupe

And yes, the last picture is the Conquest model. Which has a lot of character.

BoS 1/18 has headrests while 1/43 don't.. What was the rear seat like?

Thanks both of you! But I've had to sell the Conquest models and gave the blue Neo to my brother (reminds us of our late father - who nearly bought one). Can't collect or keep everything...

Well spotted. Rear seats are think individually formed. The car is a four seater. No rear headrests, which I think is correct.

You're welcome.

I searched for "Rover P5b" or "Rover P5b colours" in Google pictures. But today I wasn't able to find it again. Strange.
