Ertl Chevy Wrecker

Had this one a long time. I added some paint detail and the front push bar this past weekend.
Its a very heavy and basic model that is over 10 years old, probably a lot older than that.
For whatever reason, I cannot get a clear picture of the front, probably because of the lines on the push bumper.

That is very nice. Looks good in the display with a car 'hooked'.

I like that wrecker. Similar to my Chevy wrecker which is not quite 1:43. I like yours better. ;)

That's a very nice tow truck but I think it has a potential to look even better with some period correct decals.

Sadly it doesn't have provision to hook up to anything

I actually looked thru my stack, did not have anything appropriate. No matter, this is a long term project anyway :lol:
